Softline says to sell about 25 mln shares at 140 rbl in SPO
MOSCOW, Dec 7 (PRIME) -- Russian IT company Softline will sell about 25 million shares at a price of 140 rubles during a secondary public offering (SPO), the company said on Thursday in a statement.
“In such a way, considering the volumes sold during the SPO, the company will achieve the target of engaged new capital and sales to the tune of about 25 million new shares from the additional emission issued earlier,” the company said.
The bids will be satisfied on Thursday.
